Firm in Hammersmith seek a Costs Administrator/Assistant (Full Time). The post is for someone to report to the In House Costs Draftsman. Providing support to in-house Costs Draftsman, processing publicly funded bills for Court and LSC and seeing bills through from receipt of the same to payment. Liaising with Fee Earners / Counsel and LSC to deal with issues arising with all costs issues. Monitoring costs limitations to assist with claiming payments on account. Completing CLS POA 1 Forms for payments on account and submitting online, completing Legal Help Forms and submitting online, Candidate: Accounts experience and experience working within a publicly funded legal environment an advantage. Experience and/or knowledge of Private Law and Public Care Fixed Fee Schemes an advantage. Experience of IRIS Case Management System an advantage. Salary dependent on experience.
