Who Are We?
We are Financial Recruitment Specialists and part of the Ten-Percent Group, donating 10% of our profits to charity every year since 2000. We concentrate on the recruitment of locum and temporary accountants & finance professionals including Bookkeepers, Actuaries, Auditors, Accountants, Management Accountants, Paraplanners, Legal Cashiers and Accounting Technicians.
Our head office is based in London – we specialise particularly in the recruitment of accountants for public practice in London and the South East, but we also work in the Midlands, Yorkshire, the South West and the North West from our offices near Chester. We also handle permanent assignments.
A good deal of our time is spent recruiting Audit Managers and Senior Accountants with 50% audit experience or more as these are usually candidates in a lot of demand from accountancy firms in London and the Home Counties. We also regularly assist with Accounts Semi-Seniors and Audit Semi-Seniors.
Where Do We Operate?
Our main focus is on London, the South East and across England & Wales, but we do also handle vacancies in Scotland, Ireland and offshore locations. We have worked in locations as diverse as the City of London, Plymouth, Carlisle, Cardiff, Leicester, China, Indonesia and the Isle of Man. Ten Percent Financial works with both accountancy practices and in house finance departments.
Why Are You Called Ten Percent Financial?
We are committed to donating 10% of our annual profits to charity, hence our name. We have been doing this since April 2000.
