Who are you?
Ten Percent Financial Recruitment is a trading name of TP Recruitment Limited – we have a range of services for companies in the UK including the Freelance Accountant Platform. We also provide a permanent and contract recruitment division for accountants, finance professionals & auditors in practice and commerce in the UK and unlimited recruitment subscriptions for accountants in practice.
What does it cost?
We charge a service fee which is included in any hourly rates quoted. There are no extra charges.
Who are the Freelance Accountants and how are they verified?
We have over 1,000 accountants and bookkeepers registered with us, as well as 350 legal cashiers. All the freelancers using this service will have provided us with the following:
- Proof of ID – we have conducted an identity check (passport or driving licence).
- Proof of address – we hold an identification document confirming their address.
- Proof of qualification if relevant.
- At least one if not two references from previous employers or colleagues.
Do you assist with the Contractual Agreement with the Freelancer?
Yes – we provide a contract for you both to use – entirely optional of course.
